The Echo™


The Echo is the newest formicarium that we have to offer. The Echo features a two-sided viewing capability which allows for a more angles. It is an excellent pairing to a Canyon when connected and looks spectacular with lighting! The Echo is another part of the full Canyon series to be released in 2019.

    The inside material in this formicarium is standard to all AntsNational formicariums. Cleaning of any AntsNational formicarium is recommended only when the ants are not inhabiting the product. 


    Excellent for classrooms and those with limited available space!


    This formicarium is designed for large to X-large colonies! The hydration system in this formicarium is best suited via misting once per week. This ant farm features a 4-sided view on all sides as well as an added “bottom view” for when you wish to observe the colony in the center of the nest. Condensation can accumilate in this nest so it is always recommended that the extra bag of loose sand is poured onto the surface of the foraging area in small amounts to control humidity. These are excellent display pieces for stores which retail AntsNational products!


    This nest is connectable to other formicariums!


    It is also recommended to line 1 to 2 cm from the top on all sides with a thin slick of vegetable oil or fluon.


    All orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays, excluding Canadian and international holidays.

    Please be advised that you will be contacted with a shipping quote within 1-2 days upon purchase of your product, depending on your country and state/province of residence. Shipping quotes come with three options ranging in price and time. All shipping comes with tracking and lost parcel insurance through Canada Post.


    Damaged products must be properly documented and returned to sender in order for a refund to take place.


    This is done by following these three steps:


    1) Take photos of the parcel before opening

    2) Take photos and/or video of the unboxing

    3) Send us the photos and video and we will fully refund any damaged item(s) either by their monetary value or a free reshipping of the item(s) damaged. 


    We do not cover lost or stolen parcels, but will assist in contacting the shipping carrier's parcel(s) lost in mail.  Aspects (similar) which we will not cover:


    "I lost my ant, can I have a free one or be refunded?"

    "My ant died because my cat ate it, can I be refunded?"

    "I paid for an ant but I no longer want it, I'd like to be refunded please"

    "My friend stole my ant, can I please have a refund?"
